Events

What are your drink packages?

Smash Park doesn’t have “drink packages.” However, we do have 3 options: drink tickets, wristbands or we sell kegs for $350/each. Drink tickets work as follows: let us know how many drink tickets you want to assign each one of your guests. Each guest will give the bartender the ticket as “payment” for their drink. At the end of the night, you will receive an itemized receipt and pay the total bill. Wristbands work similarly, only each guest will show the wristband as “payment.” For each of these options, you can choose between giving your guests the option of either only beer and wine or full bar.

We have several long high top tables that fit 6-8 people each and can be pushed together to create enough space for 18-24 people. For 6 people or less, our new Party Darts game is available in the 21+ Board Room – a secluded area with Party Darts, a TV, a booth, and a private bar window.

Is Smash Park kid friendly? Can we host a birthday party there?

Absolutely! We just ask that you keep your kiddos in arms reach at all times to keep them safe and happy. Smash Park does not allow any unattended children at any time in the entire venue and we do not have any private “kid zones.” If you would like to bring in the kids for a party, you are more than welcome to! Feel free to bring a cake to your party as well.

Can we bring outside catering and/food?

We do not allow any outside food or beverages aside from cakes or cupcakes for birthday parties.

What is your cancellation policy?

All room rentals fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. Additional prepaid pickleball court and gaming fees are refundable or transferrable if you cancel at least 72 hours in advance of your event. If less than 72 hours notice is given, all fees and deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to reschedule your event, there is a 90 day rescheduling limit.

COVID-19 Policy: Smash Park Des Moines, LLC will issue a refund of a deposit to an event if one of the following circumstances are met:

1. Government-mandated regulations forbid Smash Park Des Moines from opening operations on or during the date of your private event.
